In-Network Insurance

Sicklerville Smiles is committed to providing affordable dental care for all of our patients. That’s why we are in-network with several major PPOs, including Aetna, Ameritas, MetLife, Sun Life, Cigna and more listed below. This means that our patients who have these insurance plans can expect to pay lower out-of-pocket costs for their dental care. We encourage you to check with your insurance plan to see if Sicklerville Smiles is in-network.

In-Office Dental Plans

Sicklerville Smiles is now offering an in-office dental discount plan. If you currently do not have dental insurance, this plan offers preventative care and a discount on restorative dental services. This plan allows you to maintain dental health in an affordable manner.

Child (15 yrs old & under) $299

• 2 Dental Cleanings
• 3 Dental Exams (Periodic, Comprehensive, Emergency)
• 2 Fluoride Treatments
• 2 Bitewing X-rays (2 sets per membership yr)
• Full Mouth X-rays or 3-D image every three years

Adult (16 years & older) $399 

• 2 Dental Cleanings
• 3 Dental Exams (Periodic, Comprehensive, Emergency)
• 2 Fluoride Treatments
• 4 Bitewing X-rays (2 sets per membership plan yr)
• Full Mouth X-rays or 3-D image every three years

Periodontal Adults $575 

• 3 Periodontal Maintenance Cleanings
• 3 Dental Exams (Periodic, Comprehensive, Emergency)
• 2 Fluoride Treatments
• 2 Bitewing X-rays (2 sets per membership yr)
• Full Mouth X-rays or 3-D image every three years

Membership Guidelines 

• Membership must be current to receive the discount.
• Membership CANNOT be combined with any other dental insurance plans.
• Membership Fees are due in full the day of joining the program.
• Membership renews one year from joining the program.
• Membership benefits are not transferable and have no cash value.
• Fees for dental services may change at any time.
• Sicklerville Smiles retains the right to interpret the program stipulations.
